Eileen Chadwick is a children's book author and illustrator known for titles such as The Postman, School is Fun!, The Teddy Bears' Picnic, Hansel and Gretel, Polly Put the Kettle On, Rub-a-Dub-Dub, and The Elves and the Shoemaker.[2] She is also recognized as a handspinner and teacher, particularly through her influential book The Craft of the Handspinner.[3]
