Celia A. Brownell

Celia A. Brownell is a developmental psychologist and Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in the social origins of prosociality, peer cooperation, and early social development in children. She earned her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the Institute of Child Development at the University of Minnesota and her B.S. with High Distinction in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
