Celestina Blok

Celestina Blok is a Fort Worth-based freelance writer, fitness instructor, and cookbook author. A graduate of TCU and the Culinary School of Fort Worth, she has written for Texas Highways, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Fort Worth Business Press, and Fort Worth, Texas magazine. Her books include Lost Restaurants of Fort Worth and Cowtown Comfort.
