Catherine George
Catherine George was born in a village on the Welsh-English border and developed a lifelong passion for reading that inspired her to write. After marrying an engineer, she spent nine years in Brazil before returning to Britain, where she began writing romantic novels while her children were in school. Harlequin Mills & Boon accepted her first book, which was later voted 'Best of its Genre' by Romantic Times, and she has now written over 70 books.
