Cass R Sunstein

Cass Robert Sunstein is an American legal scholar and author known for his work in constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and behavioral economics. He has taught at Harvard Law School and served as administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs from 2009 to 2012.[1][2]
