Casey Means MD
Dr. Casey Means is a Stanford-trained physician, entrepreneur, #1 New York Times best-selling author of 'Good Energy,' and leader in the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, who resigned from her otolaryngology residency in 2018 to focus on metabolic health, functional medicine, and reforming American healthcare. She co-founded the health tech company Levels and previously operated Means Health, a functional medicine practice in Portland, Oregon. Nominated by President Trump as U.S. Surgeon General in May 2025, her medical license has been inactive since 2024.
