Caroline Pitcher

Caroline Pitcher is a British children's author known for her picture books, early readers, novels, and stories inspired by the natural world, places she has visited like Greece and Derbyshire, and her childhood in East Yorkshire. Born and raised in East Yorkshire, she developed a love for reading nature books encouraged by her mother and teachers, and began writing her first novel just before becoming a mother. She has published around a hundred stories, with her work widely used in schools.
