Carol Hopkins

Carol Hopkins is the Chief Executive Officer of the Thunderbird Partnership Foundation and a member of the Lenape Nation (Delaware Nation at Moraviantown, Ontario). She has spent over 25 years working in First Nations substance use and mental health, advocating for culturally-based, holistic healing approaches. In 2018, she was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in recognition of her landmark contributions to addictions and mental health policy.
