Carl Hart
Carl L. Hart is an American psychologist and neuroscientist renowned for his research on drug abuse and addiction, and a leading advocate for the decriminalization and legalization of recreational drugs. He holds the position of Mamie Phipps Clark Professor of Psychology (in Psychiatry) at Columbia University and is the author of influential books including 'High Price' and 'Drug Use for Grown-Ups'.
