Carl G. Jung

Carl Gustav Jung was a Swiss psychologist and psychiatrist who founded analytic psychology, developing key concepts such as archetypes, the collective unconscious, and the introverted-extraverted personality types. His work has been influential in psychiatry and in the study of religion, literature, and related fields[2]. He was born on July 26, 1875, in Kesswil, Switzerland, and died on June 6, 1961, in Küsnacht[2][5].
