C. Y. Cyrus Chu

C. Y. Cyrus Chu, also known as Chu Chin-yi, is a Taiwanese economist and professor who has worked for decades in economics and social science. He has taught at National Taiwan University since 1989, served as a government minister in Taiwan, and was appointed Taiwan’s permanent representative to the WTO in Geneva in 2016.
