Byron

George Gordon Byron, 6th Baron Byron (1788–1824), was a leading British Romantic poet renowned for works like *Childe Harold's Pilgrimage* and *Don Juan*, as well as his scandalous personal life marked by numerous love affairs and travels.[2][1] He inherited his title at age 10, gained fame with his satirical poetry, and supported Greek independence against the Turks, dying of illness in 1824.[3][5]
