Bryan Jarr is a Seattle-based restaurateur and bar owner best known as the owner and creator of JarrBar, a Spanish- and Portuguese-inspired cocktail bar opened in 2015. He has also worked on a nationally published cookbook, co-authoring *In the Kitchen with the Pike Place Fish Guys* and managing its development and promotion.
