Bryan Christy

Bryan Christy is an American author, investigative journalist, and filmmaker who founded and directed National Geographic Special Investigations, earning recognition as a National Geographic Society Rolex Explorer of the Year. His notable works include the non-fiction book *The Lizard King* (2008) about reptile smuggling and the espionage novel *In the Company of Killers* (2021). His investigations have led to significant actions against wildlife trafficking, including the closing of China's ivory market.
