Bruce L. Bugbee

Bruce L. Bugbee is a professor of environmental plant physiology and director of the Crop Physiology Laboratory at Utah State University, where he researches crop physiology, hydroponics, and controlled environments. He earned his B.S. from the University of Minnesota, M.S. from UC Davis, and Ph.D. from Penn State University in 1981, and founded Apogee Instruments in 1996, a leading manufacturer of environmental sensors. He has received numerous awards, including Fellow of the American Society of Agronomy in 2018 and the American Society for Horticultural Science in 2020, and has authored over 90 refereed journal articles.[1][2][3]
