Bruce Kraig

Bruce Kraig was a distinguished Professor Emeritus in History and Humanities at Roosevelt University, Chicago, and the founding President of the Culinary Historians of Chicago. He was a renowned food historian, widely celebrated for his expertise on the hot dog, and authored numerous books including 'Hot Dog: A Global History' and 'Man Bites Dog: Hot Dog Culture in America'.
