Bruce Holsapple

Bruce Holsapple is an American poet and former speech-language pathologist who lives in rural Magdalena, New Mexico, and has authored nine books of poetry plus a scholarly work on William Carlos Williams published in 2016. He grew up in Dexter, Maine, graduated from the University of Maine in 1973, earned a PhD in American Literature from SUNY Buffalo, and retired from his steady profession in 2014 to focus on writing.
