Bruce Avolio

Bruce J. Avolio is an American academic and psychologist known for his work in leadership studies and organizational behavior. He is a professor at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and serves as executive director of the Center for Leadership & Strategic Thinking. He has published 12 books and more than 150 articles on leadership and related topics.
