Bridget Anderson

Bridget Anderson is a Professor of Migration, Mobilities and Citizenship at the University of Bristol and Director of Migration Mobilities Bristol. She holds a DPhil in Sociology, with prior training in Philosophy and Modern Languages, and began her career working with undocumented migrant domestic workers in London. Her notable books include *Us and Them? The Dangerous Politics of Immigration Controls* (Oxford University Press, 2013) and the edited volume *Rethinking Migration: Challenging Borders, Citizenship and Race* (Bristol University Press, 2025).[2][3]
