Brian Walters

Brian Walters is an Associate Professor of Classics and Translation Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Latin literature with a focus on Cicero and the literature of the late Roman Republic and early Empire. He earned his B.A. from the University of Missouri in 1998, M.A. from the University of Kansas in 2003, and Ph.D. from UCLA in 2011. Walters recently authored a book on 'The Deaths of...' and serves as the editor of Illinois Classical Studies.[1][6]
