Brian Conrad

Brian Conrad is an American mathematician and number theorist specializing in arithmetic geometry and elliptical curves, currently a Professor at Stanford University. He is a key contributor to the proof of the modularity theorem (Taniyama-Shimura Conjecture) and was awarded the 2024 Barry Prize for Distinguished Intellectual Achievement.
