Brian Baxter

Brian Baxter is a philosopher who graduated from Oxford University with an MA (Hons) in PPE, a B.Phil, and D.Phil in Philosophy, later becoming an academic in Scotland specializing in environmental philosophy, with books published in the UK, US, and China including an award-winning monograph. Since 2018, he has lived in Somerset, England, where he pursues painting, known for watercolours and other media, with over 700 works in public and private collections across Europe, North America, and Australia.[1]
