Brendan Fairbanks

Brendan Fairbanks is a technology entrepreneur known for founding and leading companies in AI and real estate sectors. He co-founded Perplexity AI in August 2022 as CEO, with prior experience at Quora, Databricks, and Meta in software engineering and machine learning, and earlier founded Perchwell, a modern MLS platform for residential real estate, drawing from his finance background at First Reserve and Deutsche Bank.
