Brendan Behan

Brendan Behan was an Irish poet, novelist, and playwright known for his witty and often controversial works, including the play 'The Quare Fellow' and the memoir 'Borstal Boy'. His writing drew heavily on his experiences as an Irish republican and his time in prison. He was a prominent figure in Dublin's literary scene before his death at age 41.
