Bram Stoker
Abraham 'Bram' Stoker was an Irish writer best known for his Gothic horror novel Dracula, published in 1897.[1][2][4] Born in Clontarf, Ireland, he studied mathematics at Trinity College Dublin, worked as a civil servant, and later managed the Lyceum Theatre in London under Sir Henry Irving for nearly 30 years.[1][2][3] He published several other works but achieved lasting fame through Dracula's adaptations, dying in London in 1912 after health struggles.[1][2]
