Borden P Bowne

Borden Parker Bowne (1847–1910) was an American Christian philosopher, Methodist minister, and theologian who is considered the founder of American personalism. He spent his scholarly career from 1876 to 1910 at Boston University, where he taught philosophy and became the first dean of the graduate school.
