Borch
Michał Jan Borch (1753–1810) was a Polish-Livonian naturalist and writer known for his contributions to science and literature. He is commemorated in the naming of the whitish truffle (Tuber borchii). His work spanned natural history in the Polish-Livonian region during the late 18th and early 19th centuries.[1]
