Bonar Menninger

Bonar Menninger is a journalist and author from Topeka, Kansas, who earned a degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and worked as a business reporter for publications including the Kansas City Business Journal and Washington, D.C. Business Journal. He is best known for his 1992 book Mortal Error: The Shot That Killed JFK, which presents ballistics expert Howard Donahue's theory that a Secret Service agent accidentally fired the fatal shot. Menninger collaborated with Donahue for years on the project and later contributed to the 2013 documentary JFK: The Smoking Gun; he resides in Kansas City with his wife and daughter.[1][2][4][5]
