Bonang Dorothy Matheba, known as 'Queen B,' is a South African television presenter, radio personality, businesswoman, model, philanthropist, and author who began her career at age 15 on SABC 2's Manhattan Fantasy Challenge and rose to fame hosting Live Amp on SABC 1.[1][2][4][6][7] She has hosted shows like Top Billing, Afternoon Express, and Clash of the Choirs, owns Bonang Matheba Entertainment producing her reality show Being Bonang, and serves as a Revlon ambassador and Global Citizen representative.[3][5][6][7] A fashion icon with her own lines like Just B, she was named one of Forbes Africa’s 50 Most Powerful Women in 2020 and supports education through the Bonang Matheba Bursary Fund.[1][5][6]
