Bob Staake

Bob Staake is a nationally acclaimed American illustrator, cartoonist, and children's book author known for his work on New Yorker covers and over 50 children's books, including the picture book 'Bluebird'. He never took an art class but has become a prolific creator for publications like The Chicago Tribune, The New York Times, and major brands such as American Express and Cartoon Network. Staake lives and works in Chatham, Massachusetts, near Cape Cod.
