Blair A. Ruble

Blair Aldridge Ruble is a non-fiction writer and academic administrator born December 18, 1949, whose work has focused on comparative urban studies as well as Russian and Ukrainian affairs. He is a Distinguished Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, DC, where he previously served as Vice President for Programs and currently directs the Center's Urban Sustainability Laboratory. His most popular work is Washington's U Street: A Biography.
