Birgit Schyns

Birgit Schyns is a professor of organisational behaviour, currently a Distinguished Professor in the People & Organisations department at NEOMA Business School. Her research focuses on leadership, especially followership and the dark side of leadership, and she has previously held positions at Durham University and the University of Leipzig.
