Bill Reynolds

Bill Reynolds was a Brown University alumnus (class of 1968), Brown Basketball Hall of Famer, longtime Providence Journal sportswriter, and New York Times bestselling author known for his columns and books on sports. He co-authored the bestseller Success Is a Choice with Rick Pitino and wrote titles like Fall River Dreams, Glory Days, Cousy: His Life, Career, and the Birth of Big-Time Basketball, and Hope: A School, a Team, a Dream. Reynolds, who lived in Providence, Rhode Island, died on July 13, 2023, at age 78 after battling Alzheimer’s disease.
