Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh
Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (born Chandra Mohan Jain), also known as Osho, was an Indian mystic, guru, philosopher, and founder of the Rajneesh movement, renowned for his eclectic teachings blending Eastern mysticism, dynamic meditation, and progressive views on sexuality.[1][2][3] He established ashrams in Pune, India, and Rajneeshpuram in Oregon, USA, attracting a global following of neo-sannyasins despite controversies including conflicts with authorities and a bioterror incident.[3][4][5] Rajneesh authored discourses reinterpreting religious traditions and continued to influence followers internationally after his death.[1][2]
