Betty G Birney

Betty G. Birney is an American author, screenwriter, and teacher born in St. Louis, Missouri, best known for the Humphrey children's book series. She has worked extensively in children's literature, television writing, and educational software, and has won an Emmy Award, three Humanitas Prizes, and a Writers Guild of America Award.
