Bernard Y. Leprince

Bernard Leprince is a French chef known for leading kitchens in major Parisian establishments and for directing the Frères Blanc group’s kitchens since 2003. He is also described as a culinary transmitter and, since 2017, chef R&D for Chedeville groupe Popy.[3][2]
