Bernard Williams

Bernard Williams was an English moral philosopher, widely regarded as one of the most important and original thinkers of the 20th century. His work, including 'Problems of the Self' and 'Ethics and the Limits of Philosophy,' critiqued ethical theories and emphasized the complexity of moral life. He served as a professor at Cambridge, the University of London, and UC Berkeley, among other institutions.
