Bernard McGinn

Bernard McGinn (born August 19, 1937) is an American Roman Catholic theologian and religious historian, widely regarded as a leading scholar of Western Christian mysticism.[1][2] He is Naomi Shenstone Donnelley Professor emeritus at the University of Chicago Divinity School and is best known for his multi-volume series on mysticism, "The Presence of God."[1][4]
