Bernadette Gee, also known as Bets, is the founder and owner of Magnolia Kitchen and Magnolia Kitchen Sweet Cafe in New Zealand. She is also the author of the bestselling baking book *Magnolia Kitchen: Inspired Baking with Personality*.[1][6][8]
