Belleruth Naparstek

Belleruth Naparstek is an American social worker, author, teacher, and pioneer in guided imagery, known for producing a library of self-administered audio programs used in hospitals and clinics.[1][2] She founded Health Journeys, a leading manufacturer and distributor of mind-body programs, and has authored books including 'Invisible Heroes: Survivors of Trauma and How They Heal,' 'Staying Well With Guided Imagery,' and 'Your Sixth Sense.'[3][4] With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago, she specialized in trauma, PTSD, mental health, and mind-body treatments.[1][2]
