Barry Stimmel

Barry Stimmel, MD was a physician and professor of medicine best known as an editor in the field of addictive diseases and as the author/editor of books on alcoholism, drug addiction, and recovery. He was also associated with Mount Sinai, where he helped establish addiction treatment programs and contributed to medical education.
