Barry Root

Barry Root is an award-winning illustrator and author of children's picture books, known for works like 'The Barn,' 'The Bell in the Bridge,' and 'Bag in the Wind.' Born in Huntsville, Alabama, on June 27, 1954, he spent much of his childhood reading stories and drawing pictures with his brothers, always planning to become an artist.[1][2][3]
