Barbara Theodosiou

Barbara Theodosiou is a South Florida mother of four children, two of whom struggle with addiction, and the founder of The Addict's Mom, an online community and support group for mothers of addicted children.[2][4] A former Mainframe Computer Training Manager at Loews Corporation with a Master's Degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, she also founded the Women’s Business Mastermind Group and leads holistic wellness and codependency groups.[1][2] She co-authored 'Without Shame: The Addict's Mom and Her Family Share Their Stories of Pain and Healing,' revealing personal experiences with addiction, trauma, codependency, and recovery.[3][5][6]
