Barbara L. Ley is an associate professor in the Departments of Communication and Women & Gender Studies at the University of Delaware. Her research has focused on public engagements with breast cancer, environmental health, the "CSI effect," online pregnancy and mothering culture, participatory action research, civic science, and mindfulness and digital technology.[1][9]
