Baden Henry Baden-Powell

Baden Henry Baden-Powell (born Baden Henry Powell) was an English civil servant in British India who served in the Indian Civil Service, including roles in the Punjab forest department and as a judge. He was also a writer on Indian land tenure, forest conservation, and law.[1][2]
