Ashley Elston

Ashley Elston is a Louisiana-based author who worked for many years as a wedding photographer before turning to writing, holding a liberal arts degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She gained acclaim with six young adult novels, including The Rules for Disappearing and This Is Our Story, before debuting in adult fiction with the New York Times bestseller First Lie Wins. A native of Monroe, Louisiana, she lives in Shreveport with her husband and three sons.
