Arthur Green

Arthur Green (born March 21, 1941) is an American scholar of Jewish mysticism and a Neo-Hasidic theologian known for authoring over twenty books on Kabbalah, Hasidism, and Jewish thought[1][2]. He is the founding dean and current rector of the Rabbinical School at Hebrew College in Newton, Massachusetts, and was formerly the Philip W. Lown Professor of Jewish Thought at Brandeis University[1][2]. Green is a leading figure in the Jewish Renewal and Havurah movements and has been named to Newsweek's list of Top 50 Influential Rabbis in America since 2008[2][8].
