Arthur B. Reeve
Arthur B. Reeve was an American mystery writer and journalist, best known for creating Craig Kennedy, a scientific detective who used emerging technologies to solve crimes. Born in 1880, he graduated from Princeton University and initially worked in journalism before achieving fame with his Craig Kennedy series, which spanned twenty-six books and sold millions of copies. Reeve pioneered the integration of science into the mystery genre and died in 1936 from complications of asthma.
