Art Smith
Art Smith is an American chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author known for his work with Southern cuisine and for serving as personal chef to Oprah Winfrey until 2007. He has also worked for former Florida governors Bob Graham and Jeb Bush and co-owned restaurants including Table fifty-two and Art and Soul.
