Art Boericke

Dr. William Boericke (1849–1929) was an Austrian-born American physician and a leading exponent of homeopathy, renowned for compiling and editing the *Pocket Manual of Homoeopathic Materia Medica*. He also translated Samuel Hahnemann's 6th edition of the *Organon of Medicine*, bringing the final therapeutic instructions and LM potencies to the English-speaking world. Boericke devoted over fifty years to homeopathic practice, publishing, and education in San Francisco.
